TRAINERS FOR TOM

A couple of months ago these suede blue Nike air max 90s were returned to work. Perfectly they are in Tom's size. At the time they were still full price, at 95GBP. On Monday I was reading a report and noticed they had been reduced to 40, which meant 30 GBP with my discount. I purchased them straight away. Now I just wish we had the same size feet, as I desperately want to borrow them.

Good bargains come to those who wait, clearly.

VISITING HENRY

Today I took Tom to Hampton Court Palace. He's never been before, but it's one of my all time favourite places. I love Tudor history, especially anything to do with Anne Boleyn. Therefore coming back to this place time and time again is always such a pleasure. Especially when the person you take loves history too!

SNOW WHITE

I found this bargain jacket at the weekend mixed in with the Topshop sale. Only 20 pounds reduced from 70. It's a size 16 and very oversized, but that's how I like all my clothes. The only issue is that it's very very white. We shall see how long that lasts.

W/E

I spent the weekend in Sheffield. Watching films, dates, shopping, a night out, chip butties with curry sauce, strawberry milk at tamper, countryside walks and a beautiful Sunday roast at Tom's grannies house. All with my favourite person in the whole world.

STRAIGHT OUTTA COMPTON

Me and Rosie went on a spontaneous trip into Compton today, which is in Surrey, and very far from the ghetto. We had tea and cakes, it was all very English and lovely. It was raining a lot today so I dressed as comfy as possible. I also came across a load of old jewellery this morning, including a Vivienne Westwood bracelet, Tiffany necklace and my great grandmother's engagement ring, which has inspired me to make more of an effort with my accessories!

A TRIP TO THE CIRCUS

For the last couple of days I have been working in our flagship store, Oxford Circus, to update mannequins with new season styling. Below is a little insight of what we achieved. The designer section is like paradise, and I could have easily parted with a few hundred pounds in seconds. Pairing it with UO own buy makes everything look completely beautiful. Now I just need to win the lottery. Although, firstly I need to play the lottery.

WEEKEND DATING

Tom came to visit this weekend so we decided to go on lots of dates. Saturday started with a Mcdonalds breakfast followed by the Natural History Museum, sushi, London Dungeons, football at the pub, fish and chips, beer, crepes and X Factor. Sunday was filled with mindless wondering around Godalming and Ripley accompanied with coffee and amazing cakes. An altogether amazing weekend that I don't want to end!

I wore my dinosaur socks in honour of my favourite Natural History Museum exhibition.
